About Us:

As A Myrtle Beach Real Estate Professional I bring with me 33 years operating my own full service restaurant in North Carolina. I moved to North Myrtle Beach, S.C. to pursue a full time career in the Real Estate Profession.

I take the word "Responsibility" very seriously when working with client's. I take "Personal Responsibility" with each and every client's needs, and put myself in their shoes. I have great negotiating skills when representing the buyer.

More about me!!

Formerly from Wilkes County, in North Carolina, specifically from the small community of "Traphill " which is definately "Gods" country. I now make my home in North Myrtle Beach. I love both the mountains and the beach, and still maintain close contact with my friends, and extended family in Wilkes.

MOM and DAD raised six children. DAD was in construction and farming, and MOM was his helpmate and partner. Together, the family raised tobacco, chickens, beef cattle, pigs, corn, you name it, and we tried it at least once.

In the early 70's, DAD decided it was time to "retire" from building. He built one last project, Dockery Grocery, a community gas- convenience store- hardware- and cafe, that our family still operates today.

MOM and DAD taught us so much, but one of the things I value most is the work ethic they instilled in all of us. I am proud to be a part of such a loving and caring family.

I also have learned so much from my "family" at Weichert Realtor's Southern Coast, and the many clients I meet and get to work with along the way.

My plans are to continue the process of real estate education, as there is always something new to learn, both in the classroom as well as out.

Operating my own business, and the continued management of rental properties and farms, has taught me a great deal.

I relate just as well with the president of the company (or the USA) as I do with the farmer.

My abilities in real estate include both residential and commercial clients. I am equally knowledgable in both areas. Whether you are an investor, a first time homebuyer, a seller, or in need of commercial property, I am qualified to assist you.
