Parkwood Ranch homes are selling pretty well this month. As a Parkwood Ranch realtor, I have noticed that there are less Parkwood Ranch REO's and Bank owned homes in Parkwood Ranch.
Foreclosures in Parkwood Ranch have been dramatically reduced! Lender owned homes in Parkwood Ranch are almost non existant now.

Man, you know how you always think of jumping into a nice refreshing pool when its really, REALLY hot outside? You think... "wow, what a relief that would be" Well, I have a beautiful play pool in my back yard at my house in Parkwood Ranch, but this last week it feels like bath water. NOT refreshing at all! I think I will wait till about 9pm tonight and see if that helps!

I was born and raised in Arizona. When my husband and I bought our first home in Chandler Arizona in 1993 it was a 3 bedroom home on a cul de sac and we picked it up for 72,000. I never thought we would see prices like that again, but here we are in 2009 and WOW, those prices are back! Homes are as low as $20,000 in some areas. I saw a 4 bedroom home in Queen Creek for 39,000 and it was a 2400 square foot home, less than 9 years old!! Right now we are helping investors and first time buyers alike to purchase homes.... time to get in the game!!
