As a full time real estate Broker-Associate my job is to assist sellers and buyers in every aspect of home ownership. My philosophy is "put the client first". Establishing a relationship with my clients is very important to me. Every client has different needs and wants, especially if they are not familiar with the area. Touring an area first with my clients has proved to be very successful since it gives the client a chance to get to know the area as well as finding the right home. I am a very loyal and dependable person and will go a long way to satisfy the needs of my clients.

In my 24 years experience as a real estate professional my responsibilities include contract management and administration in accordance with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission rules and regulations. Reviewing contracts and working closely with attorneys, mortgage reps, house inspectors, title companies, etc. are a few of my daily activities. Preparing detailed marketing presentations for new clients is one of my strong qualifications. Accurate pricing of homes for sale is a critical part of a successful transaction together with constant follow-up. I develop and prepare custom brochures, flyers, and online descriptive ads for my clients. Updating and maintaining particular web sites featuring properties for sale is also a major part of my marketing strategy.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Back in 2007 when I started my search for property at the New Jersey Shore, I had the good fortune to find Diane Kaplan, an experienced realtor who not only specializes in Shore properties, but is also a long-time Shore resident. In fact, even before moving to the Shore, she spent summers there as a child and a young adult so is thoroughly familiar with the various Shore communities and the distinctive cultures that abound in the various seaside towns up and down the New Jersey coastline. This was tremendously helpful for me as I vacillated from a search that was first centered on the Highlands and then moved down the Coast until I found my dream condo at The Anchorage in Long Branch!

Diane pointed out the pros and cons of each community that I considered; and I should mention that she has the patience of Job. She needed it with me because in the beginning I was sure I wanted a single family residence, but eventually decided that I wanted the freedom of the condo lifestyle – let someone else take care of property maintenance while I enjoy walks along the beach. Throughout my search and mind-changing, I felt Diane was 100% behind me. Her main concern was that I settle in a place that was right for me and in which I would be happy in the long-term. She was quick to point out any negatives in the properties I looked at and was never pushy even when a property seemed to have all of the attributes that I was looking for.

One would think that I was buying a million-dollar property with all the personalized attention that Diane has given me throughout my 3-year search. However, I was looking for property in the $300,000 - $400,000 price range for most of this period. And, when I started looking at condos that were under $300,000, Diane was just as diligent in searching out properties in that price range as she had been when I was looking in a higher price category. This is a realtor who puts the client first. This would be enough in and of itself; however, Diane is also a consummate professional with a warm personality that makes her a joy to be around. I recommend Diane highly if you are in the market for property at the New Jersey Shore.
