About Us:

I came into the real estate business after working as a musician and producer for over 30 years. My wife and I moved to Texas from Las Vegas 4 years ago and shortly after, I got into the real estate game. I love it! I love the fact that you never know when a phone call out of the blue will result in a million dollar sale! I've always enjoyed working with people (as an entertainer), so the sales part comes naturally to me. I also had a heavy background in production (websites, video, audio), so I've been in a position that allows me to design, build, and maintain my own websites as well as stream my own video (podcasting), and I'm getting ready to add aerial pics and video to my collection of high tech marketing tools, so I feel I have a distinct marketing advantage over others in my field from this area. I have an ABR designation as well. I still play music a couple nights a week at local establishments for fun, but it also keeps me networked to the community. I even offer to play free for 3 hours at a coming/going away party as a closing gift to clients. It's a win/win situation. They get 3 hrs of free entertainment and I get to pass my business cards around to a whole new group of potential clients! My catch phrase is.... "Come down and see us...and you'll want to BE us!"

I am extremely dialed into using technology as my means of marketing to potential clients. I focus a lot on Internet technology since I believe that is definitely the wave of the future. Before the end of summer, I will have the ability to show a house, live, on the internet, to anyone in the world with a computer and an Internet connection. With a cell phone in one hand, and a wireless cam in the other, I can walk through a property as the client informs me on the cell what they want to look at in real time! I also use a lot of pay per click ads and sites like THIS ONE!
