We're getting a barrage of activity here in Saint Augustine. We had 7 closings scheduled today alone: most of them under $300,000 but who cares! Word is getting out that the bottom is near or here and they want to get in on the action. Investors with cash in the bak=nk are moving it out since it isn't doing anything for them there. Let's hope it stays this way!
Most Realtors should be getting the word out that Real Estate activity has been picking up. With all the negativity in the press, we need to get the positive news out. Our business in Saint Augustine has been picking up since December '08. It isn't easy getting good news out of our local paper but they have lost alot of ad revenue from Realtors so they have been a lot more open to listening to us lately.
