"Why does this place smell so funny?" "What made those tracks in the mud?" "What good is all this muddy mess anyway?"

Get the answers during a rare visit to the unique tidal salt marsh environment.

Wear clothes that can get muddy and lace-up shoes that will not come off in the sticky mud; or wear hip or chest waders if you have them.

What is happening to our planet?

Join Delaware State Park naturalists for this informative program on what changes we are seeing, and what changes we may see locally in the future, if the climate continues to reflect warming temperatures.

This program is free of charge and will be held at the Indian River Life-Saving Station Museum. Please call (302) 227-6991 for additional information.
