O valor pedido 'e apenas certo quando for uma "approved short sale", o que significa que o banco que deve aprova-la ja aceitou fazer a short sale e concordou com o valor descrito no listing do imovel.
A short sale signfica que o dono do imovel tem uma divida com o banco ou investidor que fez seu financiamento maior do que o valor atual do imovel. Essa divida pode ser com um banco ou com mais. Para que a short sale seja aprovada, o banco ou investidor/es com o qual ou quais o dono do imovel tem a divida tem que concordar com a tal venda no prejuizo e aprova-la.
O processo se inicia com o dono do imovel colocando o imovel a venda. Normalmente, contratando um corretor/a para tal. Apos o imovel esta a venda e apos terem recebido uma oferta de um comprador qualificado, a qual o vendedor tenha considerado bom e tenha concordado por escrito e feito o compromisso de tal venda, essa proposta 'e apresentada para o banco ou investidor/es com quem tem a divida para que revejam a oferta e a aceitem ou nao. Esse processo na maioria dos casos pode levar um bom tempo, e ate que seja revisto e acordado pelos credores, nao ha nada garantido.

I-95 Keeping up with Florida’s rapid growth is its interstate highway system.
