This Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10:00 to Noon I have an Attorney, a CPA and a Loan Modification Specialist coming in to answer question and help you find solutions. I am hoping to fill our office training room with those that need some "good, honest and straight forward information." Whether it is the legal aspects of bankruptcy or foreclosure, the State and Federal tax implications or the procedure and requirements for a loan modification we will explain them to you and answer your questions. I will then take a few minutes to sort through the "Short Sale Process." It will be an action packed 2 hours. We will all be there to help you. Serving YOU and the COMMUNITY daily.

The day started out by having breakfast with friends followed by celebrating our son-in-laws birthday and then sitting an open house for a couple of hours. After that I showed two homes to clients. Two days of training and the reward is earning the Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification. This class helped me to better understand the Short Sale process. We also covered many of the options to foreclosure. I feel that I can help guide you, the homeowner, in the decisions that are necessary to be made. While I am not an attorney or a CPA I will be able to suggest someone for you to talk with along with the help of other members of my team. The educated decisions that you make now will effect your ability to buy a home in the future. Dave

This real estate business is a great business isn't it. On Friday I had a short sale approved (we wrote the offer in early November and now the bank wants it closed in 3 weeks). Hurry up and wait. Then on Saturday a call from a family, that was introduced (referral) to me by some friends. They want to move to the Meadow Vista area. Saturday night was the Lions Project for Canine Companions for Independence. Our Lions Club tended bar for the evening. We did our best to adjust the attitude of the crab eaters. This is the last Crab Feed for me this year - 4 is enough. Sunday, I got a price reduction on one of my listing. So what is Monday going to bring? I look forward to finding out. I will let you know!

As I head out in the rain today I look forward to helping someone buy a home or sell their home. In 2008, every escrow I opened for my clients closed. Yes 8 for 8.
