Just thought I'd share my newest blog about being a Pinellas Realtor, from a perspective of an experienced realtor of Pinellas county. My 7 years of committed service as a Pinellas Realtor stands on its own merit, and would be happy to hear from other realtors that wish to offer their two cents about the area market and trends.

Its a great big market in Pinellas County and all the value insite from other realtors in Pinellas County are just as important as my own expereinces for customers to learn about. Thanks to anyone with any feedback or comments.

With a little cool air and a bright sun overhead, it was another great opportunity to get out to enjoy the local events in Tampa and St Petersburg Florida. The 'ribfest' was in full swing this weekedn with lots of vendors offering some of the tastiest BBQ you could ask for. So if you werem't in fron of the TV watching the Buccaneers rack up another win at Raymond James Stadium, you may have been out get sticky and full on ribs this weekend.

Yeah, Tampa knows how to get the locals out in droves with the enticement of tasty samplings of local food. I hope those of you that got a chance to go had a great time, and if you are looking for other events to get you out of the house, I'd be happy to let you know about the next few festivals to hit the area.
