I was reading through CNNmoney the other day and Iproceeded to read one of the hundreds of negative news articles. It was titled " New Home Sales at an all time low" . How many times have we seen this headline used. I scanned through the article and the very last sentence caught my eye. "In the Northeast, Sales rose 12%" I thought that this was a mistake. This time I read through the article and did some follow-up and yes, new home sales did increase in the Northeast by 12%. This is Great news for the Northeast. Cnnmoney only had a single sentence in the article about this. I couldn't believe that they did not promote this.
Here is an Headline. New Home Sales Increase 12% in the Northeast.
It is very frustrating to see the media position articles that are putting fear in the market.
