Greetings to all. I just came across an article on-line "Homeowner Kills Real Estate Agent" which is very disturbing. Apparently this homeowner was misinformed as to why his home wasn't worth what he had originally paid over 3 years ago. It's a shame someone had to lose a life due to his lack of information.
Someone should have told him that homes everywhere are experiencing a slump and that many people from all walks of life are experiencing foreclosure because of it.
So to all Realtors out there lets continue to practice safety while doing our jobs, while upholding the code of ethics of our profession to its highest standard. Also, lets continue to educate our clients & customers as best we can so they can make informed decisions in their real estate transactions.
