My name is Diana Lyons and I have been a resident of Blacksburg and the New River Valley all my life. Growing up in the NRV has afforded me the opportunity to watch as the landscape has changed from predominately farmland to the commercial and residential areas we know today. It seems like overnight things are changing.

As your professional Realtor my mission is to dedicate myself to making the process of buying or selling your home as easy and satisfying as possible, I will at all times respect the needs of each and every client I am commissioned to work for and will remain honest and forthright and will place your best interest in the highest regard throughout the process of our transaction. Getting to know me:

Through the Coldwell Banker training program, I am trained in financing, working with transferees, moving and relocations. While providing quality service to Buyers and Sellers (be it commercial, or residential real estate), I am knowledgeable about the most current real estate marketing techniques and strategies. I attend continuing education classes and monitor real estate activity in our area, in order for my clients to have access to the most up-to-date information. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the New River Valley Association of Realtors. I am also a member fo the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Blacksburg Merchants Circle and am a continuous multi-million dollar award winner. I am a Commercial Property Inspector, A Notary Public, I have achieved a Movers Advantage certificate and am a Cartus Referral, Affinity and Relocation Specialist.
