Wow, went and preview a home for a listing appointment. Sweet home they have updated this house and have made many wonderful improvements. If your looking for a great 4 bedroom, two bath ,with two living that is light , bright and airy this is it! I wish I could tell you where and how much now but I don't have it listed. I loved the home it is truly a cream puff- great place they have put lots of love in this place, I will show it for sure...I am going to see if any of my customer's are interested..........Call me ......
Montegomery Plaza- great places to dine ,shop and yes a splash of condo's that have come down in price. You better read the fine print when purchasing a condo it is a long document I have a copy of what they used a year ago.
I would dare say they have included realtor fee's and if the comsumer choses not have someone on their side I would say they are not going to discount the price. Some units are below $300,000 and they even have a partenershio incentive program for those who need to sell a palce before purchasing.

This past Saturday while excuting a contract the listing agent asked my client what room she was going to be putting her new baby girl in. Well it will be a pink room we will have to paint it. The agent then said that room was pink but due to feed back we painted it a nice cream color. So we all said this is funny. My clients are looking forward to closing and painting the room pink. lol
