I moved from the East Valley to Maricopa AZ in 2007. Initially, my reason to come to Maricopa was that I got a great deal on a house but now I really like living here. Maricopa is close to everything yet not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Metro Phoenix area. During the past ten years Maricopa has grown from 1043 residents to more than 43,000. In spite of this fast growth, Maricopa kept its small town charm only 30 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Maricopa homes are mostly located in master-planned communities that offer lots of amenities like lakes, pools, tennis courts, walking/biking trails, sports fields, play grounds and much more. Most home buyers search the internet for homes 6 or more months before talking with a real estate agent. Home buyers will want to work with someone knowledgeable, professional, experienced, honest and ethical. As you search for homes, take a minute to get to know me.

As a Maricopa real estate agent my focus is on helping people. When working with buyers, I don't try to sell a home. What I do is work to understand their needs and find homes that will work best for them. I also like to educate people about this market, the different communities in the city of Maricopa, activities, schools, commute times, etc.

A little about me... I came to the U.S. from Germany in 1997. I have lived in Atlanta GA and Mesa AZ before I moved to Maricopa in 2007.

My education includes a MBA from Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to going into real estate full-time, I worked in the corporate world for many years, and more recently engaged in social work with children. Education and training is important to me. From the National Association of Realtors (NAR) I earned the designation of Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource. I'm also Certified Distressed Property Expert and E-Pro. To keep my knowledge up-to-date and best serve my clients, I regularly participate in trainings.

Besides real estate, my hobbies are my two dogs Maya and Lucky, hiking, going on trips to explore nature, and learning more about a variety of subjects. I also enjoy swimming a lot. Currently, I’m taking care of a foster-dog that I will find a great new home for.

When I work with buyers, it’s not about me “selling” a home to a buyer, but it’s about finding the best home that fits as many of the buyer’s criteria as possible. Customer Service and being responsive and available for showings.

Helping sellers in a tough market and buyers with their next home, is what I enjoy. My focus on the city of Maricopa and the fact that I live here myself, allowed me to gain knowledge and experience that my clients benefit from. In addition, since I’m already here, all of my showings are scheduled within hours or 1 day max. I will respond to calls and emails Mon-Sat 7am to 7pm and for clients from out-of-State showings can take place on Sundays too.

I'm a member of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, The South East Valley Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors.
