Back in the summer (2008), you could find quality investment properties at low prices and pretty much be assured of getting a full price offer accepted.

Lately, we been getting regularly outbid on cash offers. Sometimes our investors have bid as much as 10% over asking and are still getting outbid.

Amazing - that's sure not what you would expect listening to the national media.

Ok, I'm new, but I think I'm addicted.

If I think about what my time is worth, this is like a crack habit, except I am learning so much good stuff.

Someone once told me "If you are in business, you should blog every day."

I always thought it would be hard and something I could never do. Active ( Cracktive ) rain makes it so easy!

But, just in case it gets any worse are there recovery groups for this? :-) My name is David and I'm a blogaholic...
