Why I sell Real Estate

I started selling Real Estate 20 years ago this year. The reason I started was because my girlfriend was shopping at Nordstroms and I was making $6 an hour, and couldn't even afford to get my nails done! While this is the truth, I soon realized I could make a HUGH difference in people life's by helping them throughout the whole process of home buying. Being a people person, I did extremely well, but felt I could do better for my clients. I soon started attending seminars and reading as many books as time permitted. I have always felt that as a trusted Real Estate Agent, I needed to be the best. I recently received my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and can properly help homeseller's with Foreclosures as well as Short Sales. I am also holding workshops at the State Capitol every third thursday of the month to educate homebuyer's of all the advantages of purchasing in today's economy.

The first house I sold my buyer's had to sell a cow in Mexico to have a down payment! That was 20 years ago, and I have since sold many more
