There's ACTIVITY, which is stimulating the Real Estate Market, and That's Great. Real Estate is not an Easy Business. If it were everyone would be doing it. As in the past There has been Agents Come, and Go, but there are a Few of us who are riding the Wave.
My point I'm making to my fellow Agents, Write your Business Plan, and if you've done this REVISE it, this will allow you to look at your goals much closer. As I REVISE my Business Plan Quarterly, I look at all the Accomplishments that I've made, and take notes of any that is in the process of being Accomplished. Its amazing how things work when you focus on them.
The media Portrayed that the Real Estate Market is in the Gutter, Guess what, if you look at any Investments whether it be Stocks, Bonds, CD's, Real Estate etc. Each of these Has PEAKS, AND VALLEYS when things are at the PEAK Sale Them, Hold, Or Trade Them, When things are in the Valley, Hold Them, Buy, and Trade, but there is always options.
As far as Real Estate its a Great Long Term Investment, can't afford your Mortgage Rent, and this will allow you assistance with the Mortgage Problem, Be sure to Rent To Qualified Tenants ONLY!

I want every REO AGENT to inform their Clients(Banks/Asset Management Companies) that according to Page 8 of the California Residential Purchase Agreement Sellers have 3 business Days To respond, after the 3rd day the offer is Canceled By Default.
I'm writing Full Price Offers with No Contengencies/Buyer, and Sellers Pay their Own Closing Cost, and before I submit my offers, I always call the Listing Agent to ask how many offers are on that particular property, the response is 0. So why does it take 5 business days to get a email saying to Submit HIGHEST/BEST which means within the time I sent my offer, and this email, my offer has been sitting in the Listing Agent inbox. Lets do a Better job, As a Broker I remember when the Market wasn't so congested with REO's and Short Sales, it was Traditional Sales, and offers were being submitted right away. What Happened?
I understand Agents want to get the most for their Clients, but what happens when your clients are no longer closing the deals, because buyers are waiting for a response pass a week, and decide to move on to the next property.
I represent buyers, and I want them to be treated fairly. Lets go back to the Basics and become ETHICAL again
