I'm all for learning New trends in the Short Sale Arena, I'm Proficient when it comes to Short Sales, Knowledgeable, and willing to take them on no matter the difficulty.
I went to a Short Sale Seminar, I did learn some new things, but it was geared more toward selling the product, and I'm all for that! BUT as a professional SHORT SALES is a Contact Sport Fancy Software, and etc. we can do with out as Professionals. In my Market area, some Agents uses these fancy software, where it seems they don't know how to use it.
Suggestion: If you are an agent looking for short sale seminars to go to find out the facts; Is the person selling the system currently using it, How many agents has successfully mastered their system, and are closing more than 10-40 deals within a 6month period, and is it affordable? $50-$300max, and if not shop around don't waste your money, come to my blogs, and I will teach you how. thanks
