Well that's some what true, but don't turn them away completely, Unqualified Buyers could be a great source of referrals. The best way to get them into qualifying status, is to identify what, or why they're not qualified: Do they have the Income to Qualify? Is it their Credit Score, that needs improvement? what ever the case maybe, find it out, Consult them on how to move forward, Always ask for the Order! "By the way, do you know anyone who is in the Market of Buying or Selling a Home?"

That statement will go a long way in your career, and before you fight me on that statement, try it out, and see the difference.

Not all are the same, and my opinion, is only my views. The Scenario is a LEAD is a LEAD. Converting them is up to the person receiving the Lead.

Try any Lead Generation Company, and they will tell you that all of our Leads, have been Qualified, just by saying this they feel that they do have good quality Leads, however when you contact the lead, and if you can get a Live person on the Line, they may same something such as, I wasn't looking to buy, I was just putting my info just to get to the Next Page.

My suggestion if you are someone looking to contract with any Lead Generation Company, if their really 100% behind what they are giving you, ask if you can pay upon closing escrow on each Lead you close that you receive from them, and put it in writing, and if they are willing to do this, then you have a good company. IT WON'T HAPPEN!

So as an Active Agent, the Best Leads are the ones you generate personally, and Networking is a great place to start, get involve personally, and you would do great Financially.
