How do I become a REO agent, is there any suggestions, and how do I become top of mind to most banks, Is getting listing more about the Number of BPO's, or is it a combination of many things, I would like to hear from the Real Estate Professional that has a track record of getting REO Listing, I'm not into buying many programs that are out there, and I'm sure they are good, but some information out there has useless content, and for the most part the people that are selling them, have NO REO business.

In my experience in working with Short Sales, if your representing the Sellers, please inform them, and also re-emphasize that the process of the short sale is time consuming, and very strategic, and you need their full cooperation, set schedule dates to communicate, and also let them know agents, with their qualified buyers will come over at specific times, please allow access to the home Mo-fri between 11am-6pm, and weekends from 11am-6pm, and allow Home Owners to receive an Hour advance notice of the Agents coming buy, also inform home owners each agent that comes by will present their business card to them upon entering their homes, and if they don't have a Business card turn them away.

After being in business for almost 5years, I decided to take my Real Estate Broker's Exam, and I passed, I'm in the process of starting my own Independent Real Estate Firm, my question to all the Independent Operators, (What's the Best company out there to help with Companies Design, Logos etc.,) I have a few, but I would like your opinions, thanks.

Also, the reason why I want to go independent, I believe all Real Estate Firms, are good, but I want to be GREAT, and Every Real Estate Agent is an Entreprenuer, we all took the Chance in our ability in this business. I believe going to the Next Level is what I'm in the process of doing.

I also believe in order to gain more success is to get out of my comfort zone, and this what I need to do for my success. I'm not in Real Estate for the Short Term, I will ride the Wave all the way to more Success.
