Charlotte, NC Real Estate expert Don Eldred says, "Now's the time to buy a new home!"
New Construction accounts for 1/6th of our economy. Think about it...
Lumber, Plumbing, Concrete, Tools, Appliances, The Manual Labor, Carpet, Shingles, Paint, etc.
When our economy is up, new home sales are up. Unfortunately our economy is down, so you guess it, new home sales are down. So what does that mean for us? What do we need to do to fix it?
This is where I come in. As a Realtor for a quarter century I have seen the rise and fall of home sales, but nothing quite like what we are going through today. In order for us to get through this we must free up money for builders to keep building and buyers to keep buying.
The traditional sales method for Real Estate takes months and sometimes (especially in our market) the better part of a year. How can we speed this up so we can free up some money for builders who are sitting on inventory. We auction the homes at a great price. This stimulates the market and allows builders to get their money back out.
The auction process only takes a about a month. This is a fraction of the time the traditional sales process can take. I think this is going to be a huge tool in recovering our economy.
So I have joined forces with Tranzon Metrolina to do my part in turning around the economy. And you can benefit from it!
This blog will be a host for my auctions. A source for you to find incredible deals, alternatives to foreclosures and bankruptcy sales. and a place to keep tabs on these great opportunities.
GREAT HOMES, GREAT PRICES, GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

I moved to Charlotte, NC in September of 1989 just a week before Hurricane Hugo hit the area. Seeing the damage Hugo caused to Real Estate in the area gave me a new perspective on the value of a person's home. By 1990 I started working with 2 builders in Union County and by 1995 introduced the term "starter home" into the Charlotte Market.
As my passion for getting people into their new home grew I started the first TEAM in the Charlotte Market in ‘97. We were proud to be a part of one of the most growing cities in the US. We were the first to do Down Payment Assistance and other great programs to help buyers get into their dream home. By 2001 we represented 10 builders in 15 subdivisions and sold 239 homes (40 Millions in Real Estate).
I was the first Realtor to represent more than one builder in our market, but by 2005 the marketplace changed. Mom and Pop Builders were replaced by National Builders. I had represented 30 builders in 60 subdivisions and stood by the National Builders as they developed the land and planned their new communities.
By 2006 I had sold over 2400 new homes.
I have combined my knowledge and love for New Construction with Tranzon Auctioning. Bringing a new concept of auctioning homes to the Charlotte Marketplace. This will allow me to help the Mom and Pop Builders (that got me started) stay out of foreclosure and bankruptcy. It will allow many people in the Charlotte Real Estate Market to find good deals when looking to purchase new construction and help get rid of inventory that is hurting these builders.
I have a passion to help our economy by helping people and helping builders. 1/6th of our economy is New Construction. I want to help put the people and the builders together to get our economy rolling again!
"Without passion we only have mediocrity."
