I'm just saying, if by chance, maybe, you were kinda thinking, wondering, should I, could I, possibly sell my home now in this market? I am here to say, these next six months, would appear to be the best time in a long time to put a house on the market. With the influx of first time home buyers (tax credit in hand) and interest rates at a all time low, I'm just saying, go head, cast her out there for these next six months. You never know what first time home buyer will snap at her. (This is for all you fisherman!) After six months no bites, just reel her backin, no harm, no shame, you will be in same boat you were in before.
