Earlier this week, during the hussle and bussle of my day, I had four different people (who were not Realtors) tell me - how is real estate? Is it picking up? I've heard if people are going to buy they need to buy now.
Then I get home and it's all over the news -- now is the time to buy - market has hit bottom and turning around.
Well people, word is getting out. It's true - if you're going to buy, best buy now. Prices will soon be turning around and start going the other way. I see builders starting to build again, prices becoming stable, and the interest rates are starting back up --although they are still at a very good rate. You also have the first time home buyers tax credit of up to $8,000 for quailified buyers. And again, even though they call it "first time" that does not mean if you never owned a home. Lots of details, so you need to contact your Realtor to see if you qualify.
PEOPLE WAKE UP!!! If you've held out - now is the time!
Take the first step and contact your lender, Realtor, and make the leap before it costs you more.
Hello to my fellow internet goers. I am a REALTOR, and live, in the fast growing community of Ooltewah, Tennessee. If anyone has a question that I can help answer, just shoot it to me. Thank, Donna
