Stratham finally has a Planet Fitness! Yippee!

It is the best bang for your buck in gyms! I have been a member at various clubs throughout my life, but you can't beat the price and what this gym has to offer. The location can't be beat either...ever since Shaw's left this location (just off Exit 11, Route 101) friends and I have said this would be the ideal location for a Planet Fitness!

So dust off your sneakers and I hope to see you there!

Last evening I attended the former 4 Walls 1 Roof (we are in the process of renaming) Open House event that was held at B & C Flooring in Portsmouth, NH. This was a great event and I brought along a friend who has opened a florist shop that specializes in silk flowers. This is a great networking group that was originally just women owned businesses that "created, enhanced and maintained" homes. Tina Gleisnar who owns several different busiesses with My Handyman being one of them has done a great job over the past few years of organizing and helping us out with marketing, networking and many other aspects of promoting our businesses....this year Carol provided the space for our event. It is great to get together at another members' business and actually see their product and business environment! I can't wait for the next "Open House".
