What is it you see, little Dreamer?
A puppy? A firetruck? Daddy coming home?
What caused you to pause and took your thoughts so far away?
Can you remember now, what you saw then?
Will you remember because a photo has recorded the moment?
Dream on, Little one.
Pause to reflect, often.
Stop from time to time.
Enjoy, love, dream.
Stay pure.
My prayer for you. NANA

HOW DOES ONE SO SMALL WRAP TWO BIG PEOPLE AROUND HER TINY FINGER?
SHE JUST WANTS TO JUMP OVER PUDDLES.
SHE WANTS THE NANA AND THE PAPA TO LIFT HER OVER THE PUDDLES.
SHE JUST WANTS TO GIGGLE AND HAVE FUN.
NO WORRIES. TRUST. SECURITY. JOY.
YOU GO GIRL. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

Happy July 4th to All!
This little person, Kailynn Faith, our youngest grandchild, is just one and a half!
We are blessed in our little town of Gretna, Nebraska, to have a VFW that puts up these flags for our special holidays.
They not only decorate the city park, but throughout the city they hang flags on many of the corners.
I enjoy the flags and feel the pride as I pass through them and by them.
"All things happen for a reason."
My daughter and her fiance had to purchase tickets at the last minute for his favorite team's game at the College World Series. Lindsay was a bit frustrated and upset when she discovered the tickets were under the stands where she would not get her dose of SUNSHINE.
I TOLD HER TO NOT TO BE UPSET BECAUSE "All things happen for a reason."
There was a 2 1/2 hour delay due to rain. She phoned to re-quote me that "All things happen for a reason." They were safe, sound, smiling and dry under the stands.
What appeared to be a negative turned out to be a positive.
A fantastic lesson when you are just 18, and one to remember as we sell real estate.
I think of real estate disappointments as a RAIN DELAY.
It will get better. The sun will shine, the game will go on,,, MAYBE OUR TEAM WILL EVEN WIN THE GAME!
And of course "ALL THINGS DO HAPPEN FOR A REASON!"
We met in 1970. Six wonderful children and 11 incredible grand kids later.
We had lots of foster children over the years, most were unbelievable blessings.
Always a great Dad, and awesome Papa, I appreciate my husband, my friend.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! YOU ARE THE BEST!
