The Highlands View Townhome commuity in Smyrna happens to be, not just one of the finest landscaped townhome communities in the Atlanta Metro area....I dare to say, it is by far, the finest landscaped townhome community in the whole of the Atlanta Metro area. It is nestled on rolling hills with a small lake at it's front.
I have visited almost every townhome community in and around the Atlanta Metro area in every price range....no other townhome community has more lush landscaping, green space and rolling hills than this one. Moreover it is very close in to 285 (the perimeter) yet far enough away to avoid the noice of it's traffic. One other thing I noted about this community is that there are more private backs of homes in this community than any other Townhome Community...and the prices, ranging from $220 to $275 (currently) are of the Georgian style giving the community a timeles appeal unlike townhomes with mixed styles. You might have guessed that I really like this community and you would be quite correct...I live here. I moved from New York about a year ago and scouted the entire perimeter before deciding on this community even though I was prepared to spend upwards of $400,000. Below are a few pictures I have taken of this community for my own collection when listing homes in this community. If you were to view all the Townhomes and their respective Communities you would probalby conclude that you get the biggest bang for your buck right here in Highlands View. It is the community I call home.

I have been watching most all the Town Home communities in and around the Cobb county area. In the price range of $250,000 to $275,000 the Chadsworth Townhome community located close into Atlanta Road and Church Road in Smyrna, GA not only have nice floor plans and sizeable ones at that but alo have a strong HomeOwners Association and a good finacial statement to go with it. I have shown homes in this community many times and most always get great feedback for this community. It get's a high mark from my Brokerage for a strong and healthy community!
