Closings, that is what Real Estate is all about for many people. Satisfied customers and clients, that is what it should be all about. Treating my customers in a professional manner, meeting their needs and finding those experiences that I can learn from in each and every transactions. That is the experience that I try to have with each and every time. Learn as we go, but always bring your best.
Winter in the upper Midwest is traditionally a time of slower sales in homes. After all, who wants to move into their home and new life in the middle of a snowstorm. Yet in these days of repos and short sales, it is the time for the real estate investor and the first time home-buyer to be out looking at homes and beginning the negotiating process. Negotiations where the banks become involved can take significantly longer, closings that were originally planned for a month from acceptance can be pushed out. Repairs are needed on empty homes and frozen pipes on homes that were not winterized are not unknown.
As a Real Estate Professional, it is my job to help you through the process, from the first look, through negotiations and up to the unlocking the front door.
Speaking of snowstorms, we got 4 inches last night and are forecast for 10 more tomorrow, this winter is starting out like last year ended.

Watertown is getting its share of repossessions. It is amazing in a short amount of time we have gone from a shortage of homes on the market to a wonderful selection of homes, in a broad selection of price ranges and ages of homes. Call me soon to get an idea of how we can help you to find a home or an investment property.
