We have seen a slow down in activity over the same time as last year.  When you look at it our number of homes that sold this year were down by 17 and the condo/villas were down by 21.  The days on market were up on both; homes up 9 days and condo/villas up 49 days.

With that being said there is still a large selection of homes and villas to choose from in all price ranges.  Currently we have approximately 2878 homes and 729 condo/villas on the market to choose from.

Now that school is out for the summer we will see activity increasing and homebuyers looking to be in their new home before the start of the school year.  If you are one of those that are looking to make a move this year I would suggest that you contact a REALTOR® now while the selection is good.
