The Scenery
We recently purchased our Central Florida home that sits on 5 acres. The most wonderful thing about living here in Florida is the wildlife. We have several families of wildlife that either live on our property or are frequent visitors. These are just two.
This is the Sandhill Crane family that lives in our backyard
This is the armadillo that also lives in our yard and loves to taunt our dogs
Don't you just love Spring!

What's Selling in Central Florida - Florida Relocation Team
Our Team has a bunch of sales closing this month and the buyers range from First-Time Buyers to retired couples and everything in between. Which is a change from a couple of months age where I saw mostly first time buyers looking. EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR A DEAL AND THEY ARE FINDING THEM!!!
If you are still on the fence, you may want to jump soon. Credit score requirements seem to be moving from a 580 score to a 620 score as a minimum? And Stated income loans seem to be gone for good!

Giovannis has the best pizza anywhere in the Orlando area - at least the best I have ever tried! At least once a week my family craves their pizza. I'm not sure if it's the sauce or cheese they use or both but it's great.
It's also a great place for a nice night out for italian food. http://www.giovannisrestaurant.com/oviedo.htm
You will find in next to Publix on Alafaya Trail across the street from UCF.

Central Florida in February - Like September in Massachusetts
It's amazing how nice it is in the Orlando area today for being the beginning of February! Temperatures will range from the low 50's to the low 70's this week during the day! Reminds me of September in Massachusetts. The nice part here is that I haven't seen it below 30 degrees ever!
It's a great time of year for the kids to play soccer. Much better than the summer heat!
I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE STAY UP NORTH AND FIGHT THE SNOW AND SLUSH ALL WINTER LONG - AT LEAST PLAN TO RETIRE IN PARADISE!!!
