Change is constant, you must be able to go with the flow. I have a listing here in beautiful Southwestern Michigan, that you can't get to right now because the house sits on a road covered in water from the rising riverfront! Murphy's law says but of course the out of town buyers here three weeks ago, called and wanted to see it now................it is what it is. Lovely riverfront views and luckily, on a crawlspace ACROSS the road from the river, with access for wonderful peaceful canoe and kayak adventures. Only, right now with the tricks Mother Nature is playing you can't get there from here! So it flows........................

Thanks for the HONOR. I have been chosen as 2009 REALTOR of the YEAR for the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS. I recieved the surprise at our annual banquet on Saturday Feb. 28, 2009.
I am the current Treasurer of the above Association and served on the Board of Directors in 2008. I am currently also serving on the Technology Committee, and Public Relations. I am the Chairperson for the Finanace Committee. I have been active volunteering on these committees since 2001.
It is through SERVICE to my Association that I have grown as a professional REALTOR. The wealth of expereince, determination and inspiration I associate with keeps me alert, aware and informed.
It seems natural to announce to Active Rainers my NEWS, as it is also HERE that I have grown and learned so much from the many fine REALORS and Affiliates that I have had the pleasure to spend time with.
