I met with a developer, builder and his broker this morning. They have an excellent reputation and track record in our area. They are in need of a cash infusion, venture capital partner or would sell outright for several projects. I thought I would contact you to see if you are interested or know of anyone interested. As an example, they are seeking $800,000 - $1,000,000 for one project in Boynton, investor could hold primary position, partner on project of 34 townhouse units with cost of $35,000 each or other scenarios available.

Projects are in Pompano Beach, Davie, Boynton Beach, Lauderhill, Ft. Lauderdale. They already own the land, feasibility studies complete, site plans complete, permits approved, etc... ready to go. Each development is different and in different phases from vacant land, broken ground to almost completed units, residential townhouse complexes, office condo and shopping plaza. The locations are excellent.

Also available are luxury townhouses with tenants in prime locations.
