Trying to find the best dive bar in Ballard Look no further then the Sloop Tavern. The Sloop Tavern is everything you love about a dive bar and more. The thing that the best dive bar is famous for is their HUGE beers. They are a called Sloopersize beers and are served in a 33.8 oz mug. You can get a domestic Sloopersize at the best dive bar in Ballard Seattle for only $4.50 and microbrew for $6.50. According to their website the sloop is one of the first taverns in the Northwest to serve Rainier and Redhook on tap (awesome) and they tend to support local breweries such as one of my favorite Mac N Jacks. For those of you who have a favorite national beer they have several familiar beers on tap as well.

Now that we have established The Sloop has elite beverage choices it is time to tell you about the next great aspect of the best dive bar in Ballard. They have a couple of pool tables, and a dart board that only cost 50 cents a game. Not to mention Big Buck Hunter and a Juke Box. I have yet to find a better place in a dive bar atmosphere to play competitive Pub games with friends at such a cheap price. To me it is hard to beat a night at a bar with friends where you can spend less then twenty bucks and hang out for hours.

The bar has conveinant Parking which is always an added bonus to a bar in Seattle and is located right before Golden Gardens which is one of Seattles most popular parks offering beautiful views of the Puget sound and the Olympic Mountains.
