I also have a problem with lazy agents...they want the seller to reduce the price, but they can't take a decent picture?

I love home buyers and sellers, they believe in us, they deserve the best we have to offer. If we can't do that we should go dig ditches.

I am also a huge supporter of RPAC and strongly believe in raising the qualifications for getting a real estate license.
