Just a quick note to wish everyone a very Happy Labor Day! If you are in the Armada area this weekend for the flea market, come to the subdivision and visit my garage sale -- all sorts of goodies.

There is some talk about the congress thinking about extending the first time home buyer credit and possibly making it available for other buyers.....we will keep you posted but if you are pre-approved now, it is a great time to shop and get the credit just in case they do not extend it.

Hi Everyone,

I've been away for a while from Activerain -- missed everyone. The events in Armada keep me hopping.

My charity/community event was a success even though it was about the hottest day we had this summer.

The fair was great with Jimmy Wayne, the country singer and all the other events and congratulations to all the winners.

Homes have been selling....people are discovering the charm of our small town. Another beautiful Victorian will be going up in about a week and I'll post pictures.
