There are 10 new listings for Dixon, Fairfield & Vacaville. Let's start in Dixon, there is a home on Manning, it is a 4 bed, 2.5 baths, it is a short sale. The price might be a little bit on the high side.

The kitchen needs to be updated, it has the 80's cabinets, and Formica counter tops, but it is priced very well. Well our next one is something we don't find too much in our market, it is a normal sale Woo Hoo. It is a 2bed, 2 bath with a den, no closet in den. This one has 25 pictures, and we all love p[pictures. It looks to be priced right. Our next new home on the market is in Green Valley on The Masters rd. It is a 3 bed. 2.5 bath. There are no pictures, it seems to be priced right it is a short sale. Remember you can look on my website without giving any information. You can look at however many you want too, without giving me any of your information. I feel this is an important part of my website, because I know consumers want to do their research without some calling or emailing them all the time. I will admit some of the Realtors out there can be a little pushy trying to get you as a client. I am more laid back but give you the best service I can. My website is www.CallDarleneFirst.com.
When you are ready to buy or sell please call or email me, I will be very happy to help.

There is one on Long street inSuisun, home needs some TLC, and I am sure it is miss priced, the Multiple Listing Service shows price to be $14,950,000.00. I am pretty sure it should be $149,500.

We all know that Christmas has become very commercialized. I think it is very sad that most people forget what this time of year should mean. Celebrating the time that God gave his son to us. Sure none of us were around then, but we need to remember.
We should be helping our neighbors, people that are in distress. Check with the local shelters, see if they need blankets, food, toiletries.
I am tired of our government giving to all the foreign nations and not helping our own first. We need to push our government to help our own before they continue to help fireign nations. Lets make 2010 the year we fight to help our own homeless, the people that can't put enough food on their tables, the ones that need a little training to get a good job. I am not for the welfare system as it stands, we need to have rules and regulations that allows them only a short period of time when they can collect welfare. If they have not gotten back on their feet, they need to take back the responsibilty of taking care of their own. We cannot continue to give to them if they are not willing to help themselves.
I know I got on a soap box but someone needed to say those things.
Merry Christmas, remember what this holiday is about.
Well in Solano County the homes are still at a reasonable price. First time home buyerscan afford a home in Solano. There is still time to receive the the tax credit for buying a home. They also included current homeowners in the tax credit. They do not get as much as first time buyers but they can get up to $6500.00 Wow that would cover your mortgage payment for a couple of months, as long as you did not buy a real high priced home. You can rent out your current home and either move up to a bigger home or down size to a smaller home. I know that sounds good to me, down sizing. My husband and I are actively looking for a smaller home.
The tax credit is available until April 30, 2010, you must be in contract by that time and you must close by June 30, 2010. So you still have 4 months to find that home you really want.
Remember it is important that you are pre-approved for a mortgagebefore you start looking at homes. Since most sellers are banks and mortgage companies they do not want to take homes off the market unless you are pre-approved.
