  • The median home sales price is up from 320,000 in March of 2009 to 360,000 a 12.5% increase (for the year and median home sales are up by 9.5%)

  • Home sales are also averaging 97% of the list price, up from 92.4% at the same time last year.

  • Average days on the market has dropped substantially from 91 days to 47 a 48% decrease in average time on the market. (for the year the average days on market has decreased by 47.8%

Conditions remain favorable for buyers as interest rates have remained low and the First Time Home Buyers Tax credit is still available to those who are under contract by April 30th.
