We have some really fun things to know about if you are a family on a budget....take a mini vacation before school, here in the Black Hills this weekend!

We have the Central States Fair boasting 'bout the new carnival and the list of Events Happening! They have acts like Chris Cagle; Heidi Newfield; Blake Shelton; and the PRCA Rodeo!!! You have to visit that German Tent!! Did you-all know that tent is Nationally known!?! Let me tell you, good old fashioned fun! Come polka the night away!

The total # of homes for sale is 429 as compared to 441 last month, which reflects single family homes only. And 54 homes have sold or are under contract as compared to 58 homes last month. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills is $172,676 as compared to $192,293 last month with an average of 83 days on the market as compared to 81 last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.66% of their asking price as compared to 97.71%last month.

During the month of July, 2009 there were 27 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 22 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 102 compared to 68 last month. 8 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 8 last month. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $172,676 down from $192,293last month, with an average of 83 days on the market which is down from 81 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.66% of their asking price which is down from 97.71% last month.

During the month of July, 2009 there were 10 new residential listings in and around the Hill City/Central Hills area. The total # of homes for sale is 64. And two home have sold or were under contract. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills since last month is $172,676 compared with $192,293 with an average of 83 days on the market compared to 81 last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.66% of their asking price as compared to 97.71% last month.

During the month of July, 2009 there were 11 new residential listings in and around the Ellsworth AFB/Box Elder area compared to 14 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 65 compared to 68 last month, which reflects single family homes only. And 9 homes have sold or are under contract compared to10 last month. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills is $172,676 compared with $192,293 last month with an average of 83 days on the market compared to 81 last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.66% of their asking price compared with 97.71% last month.
