Don't be fooled by what you hear on the news or read on the internet. HOMES IN DENVER ARE SELLING. I have a few buyers I am working with. Each time I send them new listings, they take a few days to look them over and tell me what properties they want to see. As many as half have gone under contract!
Why doesn't the news report this? My buyers are confused. They hear how terrible the market is, but the homes are gone before they even have time to consider them.
If you are a buyer, and you are ready to buy, then be prepared to put forth effort in acting quick on the listings that look good. If you think they look good, then chances are another buyer will too, and it's just a matter of who acted quicker that decides who gets the home.
