Admirals Cove is a Luxury Waterfront Boating and Golf Community Luxury living at it's finest in Admirals Cove in Jupiter Florida. Admirals Cove is one of the most exclusive gated communities you will find in Jupiter, FL. You can have it all! If you happen to be searching for homes for sale in Admirals Cove you have a distinguishing taste for elegance and sophistication, and the best that real estate has to offer. Don't forget your boat! If you don't have one I recommend buying one so you can enjoy every aspect of this gorgeous community. Majority of the homes include private docks on six miles of waterways and Intracoastal paths leading to the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. The docks on many of these homes can accommodate yachts and boats up to 130 feet in length. Within the walls of Admirals Cove there is a deep water, 74 slip marina, which includes a shop and cafe. The amenities don't stop here! There is still a wealth of other amenities for residents to choose from. Admiral's Cove has repeatedly achieved recognition as a "Platinum Club" and one of the Top 10 club communities in the United States. Home owners in Admiral's Cove have exclusive access to 84,000 square feet of convenient amenities. Residents can enjoy the following: Members of the club here at Admirals Cove may enjoy two fabulous clubhouses each offering fine dining and unbelievable service. The east clubhouse offers panoramic views of the deep blue waterway and marina. The design is tailored for member comfort. The Golf Village Clubhouse is surrounded by 27 holes of golf in a quaint preserve-like setting. You will find the ambiance very intimate and peaceful. The stone fireplace, large porch and cozy lounge add to the experience. Admirals Cove is not lacking in the dining department. Options range from a wide variety of casual selections for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner to fine dining with the best ingredients and paired with complementary wines. Gorgeous views of the Marina and Intracoastal Waterway located on the lower level of the East Clubhouse. Here you can order Sunday Brunch, casual lunches or fine dining in the evening. I've yet to have a mediocre meal here. Right in the middle of the Executive Chef's kitchen, the private dining room provides an uninterrupted view of the chef's as they create a meal and experience you won't forget. Time to unwind after you play a round of golf, or a great place to have a pre-dinner drink. The 19th hole offers a full carte du jour with a side of simple elegance. Situated between the expansive marina and Olympic-size swimming pool, the Marina Cafe is a casual, complete menu of fresh seafood, crisp salads, sandwiches and made to order brick oven pizza. Wind down with a frozen cocktail and snack while catching some rays, or take it to go! Feel like you're in the Carolina's with this traditional dining experience. Again surrounded by 27 holes of golf in the Golf Village location. The intimate fireplace, inviting porch and comfortable lounge compliment the popular menu. This grand ballroom, with seating up to 400 and a wraparound veranda looking out over the Marina, is the perfect place for member dining, special events, themed buffets, and large catered parties. For a quick bite and refreshing beverage swing by one of the Halfway House locations to recharge yourself. No stone left unturned here at Admirals Cove. Much nicer than even the best hotels in the area. Take advantage by hosting your guests in luxury. Whether you are looking for a place to go on a Friday night to party it up with your friends, or to have a tasty Mexican feast, Cabo Flats won't disappoint.
Formerly the location of Rosa Mexicano, which was a favorite of mine at the time Cabo Flats has brought Downtown at the Gardens, back to life. The minute you walk through the front doors the funky and sizzling decor will not let you leave. Chandeliers made of Mexican punched-tin star lanterns, lime framed garage doors, the bright palette of colors, and the indoor/outdoor bar are just the beginning of the attractive finishes. The bright blue water wall still remains from Rosa Mexicano, which is one of their staples I know from visiting the one in Manhattan on numerous occasions.

Tequila shots anyone? Perhaps a flight of six different kinds of the finest Tequila in the world? You can find it right here at Cabo Flats. The food here will not disappoint and the prices will not leave you broke after dinner.
Restaurateur Paul Ardaji did not just convert one Mexican restaurant to another, he has created a place that is neither Mexico or L.A., the hip ambience combines a taste of both. Rosa Mexicano aimed towards the upscale, however Cabo is friendly and casual, without compromise.
My first visit was on a Friday night, (arriving just past 7 p.m.) and I was nervous there would be a lengthy wait due to the crowd we saw. We were quoted twenty minutes for two people and the hostess hit it right on. We were seated at a table set back from where the band would be playing shortly.
I never eat Mexican without ordering the Guacamole. While it was not prepared table-side, it was no doubt as fresh as one could ask for. The Cabo Flats version, Guacamole El Cabo for $8.00 arrived in a volcanic-stone molcajete. It was also offered for $11.00 with rock shrimp and crab.
I had three tacos for less than $10.00 as my main course. Steak "Al Carbon" for $3.50, ground beef for $3.00, and Chicken "Al Carbon" for $3.00. Freshly served in a soft tortilla, they were full of flavor. My plate was clean when I was finished.
I look forward to tasting the following dishes on my future visits:
Appetizers
Main Course
Deserts
All priced at $8.00 a piece include Cabo Crunch Fried Ice Cream, Pink Cotton Candy, Mango Bread Pudding which sounds amazing, and a few more items. I will make sure to try them all on my future visits, but not getting too far off track from my diet.

Horses are invading the downtown waterfront! This weekend is Holiday Horsefest at the Meyer Amphitheater. The free event will be held from 1pm to 5pm this Sunday December 12, 2010. Olympic riders will be on hand and the public can enjoy exhibitions of show jumping and Lusitano 'dancing horses'. This free event sure sounds like a slightly different (in a good way!) way to get in the holiday spirit!
