East Texas Sellers have certain things they all want or need. This includes a listing agreement that will not tie them down if they decide to do something differently.

Most listings are EXCLUSIVE Right To Sell, which means that if you are a seller who likes to help market your property or try to find your buyer... you can.... BUT you will owe the entire commission the the brokerage regardless of who finds the buyer. My listings offer you the option of choosing Exclusive Agency which means that if I find a buyer I will have earned my commission. BUT if you find a buyer that had not had contact with any agent for the home, you have the option of cancelling the listing and selling it on your own.

NO upfront fee for my listings which do include Flexible commissions and work very well with independent minded sellers who like to still try and find a buyer on their own.

Who has time to schedule a visit with tons of agents to come sit at your home and spend an hour or more of your precious time trying to convince you why you should list with them... blah... blah....blah. I respect your time as it is just as precious as mine and I have my presentation information on my website and other information that I can email you.

Why do I do things differently? Because I am a tech savvy agent and I know how to market property online so yours is not missed by local AND long distance buyers. Ask other agents about seo, keyword marketing, etc., etc and most eyes will glaze over. I have knowledge of internet marketing which is essential in todays technology age because online is where buyers are looking. NOT in local magazines, NOT in open houses, etc. Because I am a mom and a wife and my family time is as important to me as my clients and technology allows me to take care of business efficiently by using text, email, and fax.
