Real estate is my passion!

I am originally from Detroit, Michigan, and a graduate of Wayne State University. After beginning a successful career in real estate with Long & Foster located in Maryland, I relocated to the Atlanta area. My journey into real estate began before I became a real estate agent when an extremely non-aggressive agent simply forgot to inform me that the deadline for offers on a home, that I located a week earlier, were being presented at 10:00 a.m. To my dismay I was informed at 1:00 p.m., at my scheduled appointment for meeting with my agent, that the home was sold. I frantically ran to the home, knocked on the door, but luckily no one was home. Finally, I came to my senses, called the listing agent via the the real estate sign, and was politely informed that offers were presented at 10:00 a.m. My agent had other things to do, so she simply informed me that she could meet me at 1:00 p.m. I realized that not all agents are diligent agents. Agents cannot be passive in any real estate market!

I specialize in Residential Sales, Commercial Brokerage, and Business Brokerage. I enjoy providing service and giving attention to first-time home buyers seeking assistance with down-payment and closing costs. First-time buyers need to be aware of the many programs offering assistance. In addition to working with first-time home buyers, I assist sellers in establishing an accurate listing price, effective marketing plan, and ongoing communication and follow-up in order to ensure an expeditious sale. I believe that communication and honest representation are extremely important in every business relationship or transaction!

Areas of Expertise

I am well versed at successfully assisting clients with Residential Sales (selling/buying). Although I've branched out into Commerical Brokerage and Business Brokerage, nothing gives me more pleasure than assisting my residential clients by providing accurate choices based on the buyer's specifications, assisting the buyer in the selection of a home based on price, style, incentives, or walking the buyer through the buying process, as well as, reminding the buyer of critical deadlines. Real estate is similar to a circus juggler with great communication skills. I must juggle several balls and effectively communicate each action that occurs with each ball, while not letting any balls drop.

My desire to branch out into the commercial side is based on my love of LAND! "If you build it, they will come! I've decided to start with the basics and land is it! Depending on the area, land is definitely a commodity in high demand.
