About Us:

Marilyn has been a resident of Chester County for 24 years and has been a licensed PA Real Estate Agent since 1987. She was a member of the Cindy Dickerman Team from 1998 to 2007 and brought to the Team over 19 years experience and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. This includes Real Estate Sales and Appraising.

In 2007, Marilyn brought Ed into Real Estate and formed The Lieb Group. We are now working together to provide a high level of service to our clients and customers.

Marilyn has studied in the areas of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Brokerage, Property Appraising, Property Management, and Ethical Practices. This varied educational background has prepared her to provide excellent service to our Clients. She earned her Associate Broker's license in 2005. She is a part owner, member of the Agent Leadership Council, Instructor and Productivity Coach in the Keller Williams Exton Market Center.

Marilyn is a Past President of The Spina Bifida Association of the Delaware Valley and continues to be an avid supporter of the organization. She loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and enjoys music, gardening & ceramics.

Ed & Marilyn formed The Lieb Group in 2007. Ed was a Buyer Specialist on the Cindy Dickerman Team for 2yrs. after concluding a successful 26 year career in Customer Service with Xerox Corporation. Ed brings these excellent customer service skills to the marketplace along with the ability to communicate with the buyer or seller, and the insight to assess the desires and needs of the consumers.

Ed has been a resident of Chester County for 24 yrs. His knowledge of the area and desire to assist everyone enables him to provide a high level of service to clients throughout the process of buying or selling a home.

Ed attended the University of Delaware, Purdue University, and University of Maryland. He continued his education by obtaining Microsoft certifications in networking and systems design. This past training and his attention to detail enable Ed to easily communicate through any media desired by a client. These skills enhance our communications with the clients and vendors by utilizing our website and other electronic communications.

Ed loves spending time with his wife, children & grandchildren and is an avid Golfer. He is a continued supporter of The Spina Bifida Association of the Delaware Valley and currently holds a position on the Board of Directors.
