Toyota, as a promotion for their launch of the Prius, the company has placed a handful of solar powered Wi-Fi and changing stations on Broadway and 23rd street (Flatiron Plaza)

The stations, which have been designed to look like daisies, will offer everyone by the chance to "sit and surf" in the sun from 8am till 9pm everyday with each of the five Solar Flowers providing seating for up to 10 people, access to free Wi-Fi and power to charge cell phones and laptops!

Laughing Lotus Yoga Center located at 59 west 19th Street is one of my favorite yoga studio in Chelsea Flatiron district in Manhattan New York. There is not a week go by that I don't practice yoga in this beautifully designed yoga studio especially during my hectic sometimes stressful Real Estate life.
Laughing Lotus Yoga Center was founded by Dana Flynn and Jasmin Tarkeshi. Dana Flynn is one of most vibrant yoga teacher/master I have ever met. Sometimes it was just great to be within her presence. I first found Laughing Lotus Yoga Center because it was very close to my office, now this place has become my favorite place to go when I want to escape from my cell phone, work, and sometimes the craziness of the business. If anyone is looking for a good Yoga spot in Chelsea or Flatiron district, I think this is the place to go.
Laughing Lotus Yoga Center also has very reasonable rate for classes, if you are a first timer and never been to Laughing Lotus before, you can buy a $20 unlimited class pass for the first week, and thereafter single class is $15 with a rental mat. You can buy a 10 one hour classes card for $100 or unlimited pass. YOU CAN NOT GET BETTER THAN THAT!
