She listened carefully to what we were looking for, and, as we were leaving for home in two days, Elaine posted all of our criteria on the MLS properties for sale.</p> <p>Over the next two months, the computer emailed us many properties closely fitting our needs and finally one came up which we and Elaine decided to offer on.
