This time last Friday I was leaving South Dakota with 60 mile an hour winds and my full face helmet on I was ready for my journey home. They say it is not the Destination but it is the journey that counts as in this case for me it was both.

As a Realtor seeing a "Just Reduced"sign tells me this home has been on the market along time as personally I do not own one of those good looking "Just Reduced" signs as I don't like them. I often wonder what that sign says to the average buyer? I suppose I shall have to ask them and see what their opinion's are. I guess if you were single over the age of 50 you could always hang a sign around your neck and see what response you would get!
I live in a well established neighborhood just outside the Franklin City limits, what attracted me to Oakwood Estates was that every home had its own charactor and the one plus acre was a definite bonus. I moved here from San Diego and fell in love with this quaint neighborhood with its mature trees and long time neighbors made me feel I was finally home.
Beautiful day to walk land, must admit I did not walk all 165 Acres, just listening to the creek and watching the Turkeys made me feel I was out in the country. I also went to visit a FSBO in my own subdivision which will be one of our listings very soon.
