When you are walking a neighborhood how many times do the home owners tell you just how many Realtors already live in their neighborhood? This always makes me smile as I always ask 'when was the last time they knocked on your door just to say hello and update you on what has sold in your area'? It does not take long before you get invited in so the proud home owner can show you all the updates they have done. In my own neighborhood we have almost 300 homes and you can bet they are aware of what Realtor lives there.
After leaving a closing today, I recieved a call to list a large piece of land in the country. While driving to my destination I noticed that many of the homes that I have seen in the past as For Sale, seemed to look SO much nicer on such a pretty day. Tennessee has so much beauty in it's landscape that it inspires one to appreciate all that it is. The rolling hills, the sinking valleys, the picturesque homesteads, conjours up thoughts of time long ago, coupled with apparent craftsmanship of today.
