Franklin real estate - Some of the best things about about Franklin are really old. History is everywhere in this small town. The civil war battlefield in Franklin is right next to the Carnton home, as well as the cemetary with the grave of many civil war soldiers.

Montclair - One of my favorite communities in Brentwood is Montclair. Located on Moores lane, just minutes from I-65 and Cool Springs mall, the location couldn't be better. Bordering Nashville Golf and Athletic club, as well as the walking trail that leads to several Brentwood parks this is a great place to enjoy outdoor activities.
With homes ranging from $600,000 to $1,000,000, and in size from 3000 square ft to over 5000 square ft, Montclair has a lot to offer. For more information on Montclair real estate, call Larry Brewer at 615-512-7853., or to see availble montclair real estate, click on the bitton.

Franklin tn is located just south of Nashville and north of Spring Hill. Downtown Franklin is know for it's beautifully restored historic buildings predating the Civil War currently used as shops and restaurants. Speaking of the Civil War, the Carnton Plantation and the Carter house are both restored relics rich in Civil War history. Franklin is a great small town within minutes of one of the best shopping experiences is the southeast at Cool Spring Mall. With excellent schools, a very low crime rate, and even low taxes, it's easy to see why so many people have decide to make Franklin home.
Franklin - Homes sales in the month of June continue to improve in Franklin, and if the momentum says with us, we should be back to a neutral market soon. Right now, the pending sales seem to be telling us that summer is going to be much better than the spring, and considerble better than winter. With school starting in just a little over a month, some families need to get the purchase done so that they can enroll their children in the schools fo their choice.

Brentwood real estate - I'm starting to wonder where the people who have moved here are living. Based on information that we all have, the population is continuing to climb, and people are still moving to Middle Tennessee, and in particular Brentwood and Franklin. What I don't understand is where are they living.
Apartments are all full, and rental homes have all been rented. Where do you go next? I'm not sure why people aren't trying to get these cheap properties before they disappear. Brentwood real estate is as cheap as I've seen it for 5 years, and Franklin real estate is the same way. What's going on in the mind of the renters right now?
