Franklin real estate -Yesterday it was 60 degrees and a typical Franklin day. Light jacket or sweater would be appropriate. Overnight,
something unexpected happened, the light rain we were having changed properties somewhere on it's way down to 21 degrees. We woke up to ice on the bridges and low visability due to heavy snow. Real Estate viewing will just have to wait until the bridges are cleared of all the broken cars.
