I love working as a buyers agent! I assisted an elderly gentleman find affordable housing and an easier home to maintain. I worked with a couple relocating from Juno AK with a spec house and assisted them in completing all the fine details in less than 3 weeks! I enjoyed helping a college student find suitable affordable housing, with their parents as co-signers. At the end of 4 years, they will have saved over $35,000 in rent and their daughter is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and able to keep her favorite family dog with her! Additionally, I love working with 1st time buyers. I assisted a buyer in the Kirkland WA market area. A very competitive and high priced area with little room for price negotiation. However, we made an offer and was able to reduce the price $20K and closed the transaction in 4 weeks!

I love working with sellers too! Helping them prepare and stage their home is very gratifying! I use a 10+ step marketing and advertising plan to reduce days on market. One of my biggest challenges is that I am currently working with a seller on a short sale. It's a very tough situation, however, I offered suggestions to help them to work with the lender. It's amazing how research and teamwork can make an ugle situation a little more bearable. I advised them of options that they were not aware. of.
