When I was ready to make an offer on a house, Ellen researched comparable sales, spoke to the seller's agent, and ultimately suggested that I walk away because the house was simply not worth the amount demanded by the seller. Many months later, when the right house finally came along, Ellen was there to guide me through every step of the process.
